Our team reviews pending withdrawals during our office hours, which are from 04:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC.

The maximum processing time for manual reviews is 24 hours.

A: To enable withdrawals, new accounts must deposit and wager a minimum of $10.

**Q: As an NFT holder with a non-new account, do I still need to wager to make a withdrawal?**&#x20;

A: Yes, accounts that haven't placed any wagers are required to wager a minimum of $10 USD to enable withdrawals.\

* Poker and trading activities do not count towards the wagering requirement for withdrawals.
