**Event Details:**

* Solcasino will launch a 2-week special raffle event during Nov 2024, giving out one Solcasino Pendant each week: silver pendant for 1st week, white gold pendant for 2nd week.
* The raffle event will run from Nov 13th, 2024, to Nov 27th, 2024.
* Draws will be held each week during the event period.
* Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

**Winner Notification:**

* Winners will be notified via the Solcasino official website/ X account (<https://x.com/Solcasino>) within 7 days of the draw date.
* If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

**Prize Collection:**

* Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other fees associated with the receipt of the prize. Solcasino is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by customs or other regulatory authorities.&#x20;

**Eligibility:**

Solcasino maintains the sole discretion to determine what constitutes an exploit and to take appropriate action, including disqualification of entries and revocation of prizes.

**Changes to the Event:**

* Solcasino reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle event at any time for any reason. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the Solcasino official website.

**Privacy Policy:**

* Personal information collected for the raffle will be used solely for the purposes of administering the event and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

**Limitation of Liability:**

* Solcasino is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the raffle or from the acceptance and use of any prize. Participants enter the raffle at their own risk.

**Verifiability:**

* The draw is provably verifiable on the raffle page.
* Server seed: Each game generates a new server seed and publishes the string after Hash256.
* Client Seeds: Get the ETH height at the end of the daily ticket purchase deadline, and use Hash after 10 blocks as the client seed.
